March 7, 2022 M.O.S.S. was recognized as a Cornerstone Partner at the 2022 Esri Partner Conference (EPC) held in Palm Springs, California March 5–7, 2022. This acknowledgement was presented to for their long-term commitment to Esri and the GIS community. Cornerstone Partner recognition is given to organizations that have participated in the Esri Partner Network (EPN) for 20 years while demonstrating a consistent focus on helping customers succeed through the adoption of ArcGIS technology.
Since the company was founded in 1987, the scope of M.O.S.S. lies with digitization. Sustainable and efficient use of geo-information in governmental and business processes is the companies’ mission. Therefore M.O.S.S. offers intelligent geo and IT solutions enabling the customers to establish, maintain and use large volumes of geo-data sets especially of raster data, of point clouds and 3D as well as their integration into existing IT and process landscapes.
Over time, the company’s focus has evolved with the market. Staring with digitization of geodata, where M.O.S.S. offers software solutions for converting raster to vectors. Followed by the digitization for geodata, when maintenance processes are established in data management environments keep and enhance the value of the data. Today the focus lies with digitization by geodata, where M.O.S.S. focuses on integration geodata into business and governmental processes. M.O.S.S. is addressing mainly customers in public administration (surveying, forestry and environmental authorities) and industry and renewable energies. Since 2001, CADMAP owned by M.O.S.S. offers sewer and wastewater solutions to public and private utilities. The solutions support users in processes across the management and maintenance of the infrastructures.
M.O.S.S. / CADMAP products are based on Esri software and the ArcGIS platform. Especially in novaKANDIS, the solution for in wastewater management, ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro are used. The success of the software solutions relies on the expertise of the M.O.S.S. / CADMAP team combining technical expertise in the solutions and the underlying technologies and domain expertise resulting from the close cooperation with the active user communities.
